Pablo Franco is a proud Houstonian who grew up in southeast and southwest Houston.   Pablo received his bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from Cal State Northridge, then continued his education at the University of Houston, Victoria, where he received his MBA.  He then went on to receive his JD from South Texas College of Law, Houston.

While in law school, he was awarded the John Ensell Award in Evidence, named a Langdell Scholar, and was named to the Dean’s Honor List.
